BNI Life declines responsibility

It seems BNI Life's motto of being its clients' "true friend"
is difficult to disseminate as some of BNI Life cardholders have
instead become "true victims". Why?

1. On Feb. 21 the doctor said my child must undergo surgery to
remove a tumor. Using my BNI Life card, I arranged
hospitalization of my child at a certain hospital.
2. The hospital clerk phoned BNI Life for confirmation and the
response they received was that the medical expenses will be
borne by BNI Life and it has been approved by Ibu Nina."
3. On Feb. 23 I brought my child home after surgery, without
making any payments. At the end of the month the said hospital
send the bill to BNI Life but they (the insurance company)
declined responsibility and refused to pay the bill saying my
child was too old (for coverage).
4. Eventually the hospital billed me at my office. The office
paid for it unbeknown to me. Part of the amount paid was a
benefit while the rest was to be deducted from my monthly salary.
5. I raised an objection. The hospital bill should not have been
paid by my office nor me, it should be paid by BNI Life.
Unfortunately my office ignored my objection and continued to
deduct my salary.

I hope readers can understand the problem. This needs
clarification because people have started talking and this has
tarnished my reputation.
