BNI Has Returned the Full Rp 28 Billion Funds to Aek Nabara Parish
JAKARTA - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI has completed the return of funds belonging to the congregation of Aek Nabara Parish, Rantauprapat, North Sumatra, amounting to Rp 28 billion.
The state-owned bank has transferred the Credit Union (CU) members’ funds of Aek Nabara Parish in stages.
BNI’s Director of Human Capital and Compliance, Mudani Herlambang, stated that a transfer of Rp 21,257,360,600 was carried out today, Wednesday (22/4/2026), completing the previous transfer of Rp 7 billion done last week.
“The process of returning funds to the customers of Aek Nabara Parish has been fully completed. BNI has transferred Rp 21,257,360,600 to the CU of Aek Nabara Parish, which complements the previous return of Rp 7,000,000,000,” he said during a press conference at BNI’s Head Office, Jakarta, on Wednesday (22/4/2026).
Mudani also expressed appreciation for the patience and cooperation of all parties during the process, which he described as a collective effort to resolve the issue properly.
“We view this process as a joint effort to resolve the issue properly. Our focus is to ensure the resolution runs smoothly and provides certainty for all parties,” he said.
He also expressed thanks and considered this resolution a positive momentum to strengthen better cooperation in the future.
“Today, with full joy, we have received the resolution of this issue through full payment from BNI institution in accordance with what we wrote in our demand letter,” said Natalia.
