BNI Ensures Smooth Transactions During Extended Idul Adha Holiday

BNI is committed to ensuring customers’ transaction needs are met during the Idul Adha holiday period through limited operational services and 24-hour digital channels.

JAKARTA (ANTARA) - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has confirmed that transaction services will remain uninterrupted during the Idul Adha, Waisak, and Pancasila Day holidays through limited branch operations and optimised digital services.

The extended holiday period runs from 29 to 31 May 2026 and 1 June 2026.

“BNI is committed to ensuring customers’ transaction needs are met during the Idul Adha holiday period through limited operational services and 24-hour digital channels,” said BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo in a statement on Tuesday in Jakarta.

To support public service needs, BNI will operate 15 limited outlets on Saturday, 30 May 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00 local time.

Through these services, customers can carry out essential transactions such as Pertamina fuel deposits, Bulog grain deposits, cash deposits, withdrawals, and inter-BNI account transfers.

In addition to branch services, BNI has ensured all digital channels will operate normally 24 hours throughout the holiday period.

Customers can access various transaction services via the wondr by BNI app, BNIdirect, ATMs, and other electronic banking services.

According to Okki, optimising digital services is part of the company’s effort to provide convenient and comfortable transactions for customers amid increased public mobility during the extended holiday.

“We continue to push for digital transformation to enable customers to transact more easily, quickly, and efficiently whenever needed, as part of BNI’s commitment to serve with sincerity,” Okki said.

The company also continues to educate customers on using digital services to facilitate more practical and efficient transactions during the holiday period.
