Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) has assured that banking services will continue to be available during the Easter holiday on Friday, 3 April 2026. The company is providing limited operational services at several branch offices while optimising digital channels accessible 24 hours a day. BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo stated that this step is taken to maintain the smooth flow of public transactions during the national holiday set by the government. “BNI is committed to continuing to provide banking services to the public, particularly to meet transaction needs during national holidays such as Easter,” Okki said in a written statement. BNI has prepared 16 outlets that will operate on a limited basis on 3 April 2026, with service hours from 10:00 to 12:00 local time. During this period, customers can still access various essential transaction services, such as Pertamina fuel deposits, Bulog deposits, state revenues, as well as deposits, cash withdrawals, and inter-BNI account transfers with a maximum limit of Rp25 million per account per day. In addition, BNI ensures that all digital channels will operate normally 24 hours a day. Customers can utilise services through the wondr by BNI app, BNIdirect, ATMs, and various other electronic banking services. Okki added that utilising digital services is the primary solution for the public to continue transacting conveniently without needing to visit branches. “Customers can take advantage of BNI’s 24-hour digital services to meet various transaction needs more easily, quickly, and securely during the holiday period,” he said.
