BNI dividend payment of Rp13 trillion scheduled for 7 April, cum date on Tuesday
Jakarta — PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) has announced a cash dividend payment for fiscal year 2025 of Rp13.03 trillion, scheduled for 7 April 2026. The cum date in the regular and negotiated markets has been set for Tuesday 17 March, whilst the cum dividend in the cash market will take place on 26 March 2026, which also serves as the record date determining shareholders eligible to receive the dividend.
Corporate Secretary of BNI Okki Rushartomo stated in a written statement in Jakarta on Monday that the dividend payment decision reflects the bank’s commitment to providing optimal returns to shareholders whilst maintaining the company’s financial health through strengthening its capital structure.
“This decision is part of the Bank’s efforts to create added value for shareholders, whilst ensuring the company’s performance continues to grow sustainably,” said Okki.
The cash dividend approved at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting is equivalent to 65 per cent of consolidated net profit that can be distributed to the parent company’s owners, totalling Rp20.04 trillion. From the total dividend, each shareholder will receive Rp349.41 per share. According to the bank, this dividend amount reflects its commitment to delivering attractive returns to investors.
In addition to dividend distribution, shareholders also approved the allocation of 35 per cent of net profit, or approximately Rp7.01 trillion, as retained earnings. The bank stated that this policy forms part of its strategy to maintain healthy expansion capacity.
This measure is expected to maintain solid company performance whilst opening opportunities for sustainable growth in the future.
“Going forward, BNI will continue to strengthen performance sustainably whilst maintaining a solid capital structure in order to create more optimal value for shareholders,” Okki concluded.
