BNI Distributes Dividend of Rp349 per Share, Note the Full Schedule!

Jakarta – State-owned bank PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) has announced plans for cash dividend distribution to shareholders for the 2025 financial year. The company will distribute approximately Rp13.03 trillion to shareholders.

In its public disclosure, BNI Management stated that each investor will receive a dividend of Rp349.41 per share in accordance with their shareholdings on the recording date. This dividend distribution resulted from a decision by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 Financial Year held on 9 March 2026.

“The meeting approved the distribution of cash dividends to the company’s shareholders totalling Rp13,026,457,038,424.30,” stated BBNI Management in its announcement on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.

The dividend distribution decision was based on BNI’s financial performance throughout 2025. The company recorded net profit attributable to the parent entity of Rp20.04 trillion.

Retained earnings available for unrestricted use amounted to Rp7.01 trillion, whilst total equity reached Rp176.33 trillion as of 31 December 2025.

The company has also released a full schedule for cash dividend distribution to shareholders. Investors wishing to receive dividends should note the following important dates:

• Ex Dividend on Regular and Negotiated Markets: Wednesday, 25 March 2026

• Cum Dividend on Cash Market: Thursday, 26 March 2026

• Ex Dividend on Cash Market: Friday, 27 March 2026

• Recording Date: Thursday, 26 March 2026

• Dividend Payment Date: Tuesday, 7 April 2026
