BNI Distributes Dividend of Rp349.41 Per Share, Check Payment Schedule

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) approved the distribution of a cash dividend totalling Rp13.03 trillion at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2025 financial year on Monday, 9 March 2026.

The amount represents 65 percent of consolidated net profit attributable to the parent entity, which totalled Rp20.04 trillion.

With this decision, each shareholder will receive a dividend of Rp349.41 per share.

“A number of strategic decisions agreed upon at this Annual General Meeting form part of efforts to maintain sustainable performance and strengthen the Company’s capital foundation going forward,” said Okki in a written statement.

In addition to dividend distribution, shareholders also approved the allocation of 35 percent of net profit, or approximately Rp7.01 trillion, as retained earnings.

These funds will be utilised to support business expansion and strengthen BNI’s capital structure amid evolving dynamics in the banking industry.

With a dividend value of Rp349.41 per share, BBNI’s potential dividend yield is estimated at around 8.2 percent, based on BBNI share price of approximately Rp4,240 per share.
