BNI Distributes 1,200 Sacrificial Animals Across Indonesia for Eid al-Adha

Jakarta - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has distributed 1,200 sacrificial animals to various regions across Indonesia during the 1447 Hijriyah/2026 Eid al-Adha as part of the company’s social contributions to the public.

Corporate Secretary BNI Okki Rushartomo said the distribution of cattle and goats took place in several areas including DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Yogyakarta Special Region, Banten, Bali, Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Nusa Tenggara.

“This distribution of sacrificial animals is a form of BNI’s social concern and an effort to strengthen relationships with communities across regions,” Okki stated in a written statement in Jakarta on Thursday.

He added that Eid al-Adha serves as a reminder of the values of sincerity, compassion, and the spirit of sharing with others.

According to him, the sacrificial animal distribution is part of the company’s efforts to continue providing social benefits and strengthening ties with communities in various regions.

“Through this activity, BNI hopes to continue delivering tangible benefits to the public and reinforce the values of mutual cooperation and togetherness,” Okki said.

BNI stated it will continue various social programmes that benefit the public through community engagement and empowerment initiatives to strengthen positive contributions to the surrounding environment and foster a spirit of togetherness and social concern.
