BNI Asks Customers to Transact via This App After Internet Banking Service Closure
PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, will gradually close its Internet Banking service starting from 21 April 2026. In its official statement, BNI aims to provide integrated, reliable services tailored to customer needs. “Thank you for your loyalty in using BNI Internet Banking. Starting 21 April 2026, access to the Internet Banking service will be closed gradually,” explained the official Instagram account @bni46. BNI advises customers to transfer their financial transactions to the wondr by BNI app (for individual customers) or BNIdirect business (for individual and non-individual customers) to handle business operational accounts. “In connection with this, we advise customers to transfer financial transactions through the wondr by BNI channel (for individual customers) or the BNIdirect business channel (for individual and non-individual customers, in this case, customers with business operational accounts),” stated bni.co.id in its official announcement. Furthermore, BNI reminds its customers to be vigilant against fraud, as the bank never requests sensitive data. Meanwhile, there are adjustments to BNI’s operational schedule during the Nyepi holiday, joint leave, and Eid al-Fitr 2026, with limited operational services prepared at 23 branches on 20 March and 32 branches on 23 March, from 10:00 to 12:00 local time. “To provide the best banking services and #MelayaniSepenuhHati to the public during the Eid al-Fitr 1447 H/2026 holiday, BNI will implement limited operations on 20 and 23 March 2026 from 10:00 to 12:00 WIB,” explained bni.co.id. On 25 March 2026, operational services will return to normal.
