Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, known as BNI, has once again secured the Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026 award from HR Asia. This marks the third consecutive year the company has received this recognition for its human resource management and corporate culture.

“For us, a good workplace is one that is comfortable and provides every BNI HiMovers with the opportunity to grow alongside the company. This award serves as a reminder that investing in people is a vital foundation for organisational success,” stated BNG’s Director of Human Capital & Compliance, Munadi Herlambang, in a written statement in Jakarta on Monday.

The award was presented to Munadi during the HR Asia Awards 2026 ceremony held at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, on Friday.

BNI noted that the accolade reflects the ongoing strengthening of its human capital transformation, aimed at building an adaptive organisation capable of meeting evolving business needs. The Best Companies to Work for in Asia award is presented by HR Asia to companies judged to possess a strong organisational culture, high levels of employee engagement, and effective human resource management practices.

The assessment process involves several aspects, ranging from organisational data and direct employee surveys to independent assessments of corporate culture and employee engagement levels.

Munadi stated that this achievement serves as a stepping stone for BNI to maintain consistency in human resource management amidst the ever-changing dynamics of the industry. “We believe that a strong work culture and superior human resources are essential factors in creating long-term value, both for the company and for our customers and the community. This recognition reinforces our commitment to continue investing in talent development,” he added.

Moving forward, BNI will continue to strengthen its human resource development strategy as part of its sustainable corporate transformation, aiming to provide a work environment that supports employee growth while delivering added value to customers, shareholders, and the public.
