BNI 46 responds
We refer to the letter from Chris Tumelap published in The Jakarta Post on Jan. 9, 2001 titled Bank BNI 46's service. First of all we thank you for your trust in BNI card center. For your information we changed your billing address as soon as we received your request through TelePlus BNI on Nov. 6, 2000. Your November and December 2000 billing statements have been sent by mail to your new billing address. Regarding this delivery matter, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Based on your latest information, the billing statements should have reached you by now.
