PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) recorded net revenue of Rp 3.74 trillion in 2025, a 3 percent decline year-on-year (yoy). However, President Director & CEO Anindya N. Bakrie, known as Anin, emphasised that the company achieved a 49.6 percent increase in net profit to Rp 503 billion throughout 2025. He confirmed this figure rose by Rp 167 billion compared to the previous year’s Rp 336 billion.

“Alhamdulillah, amidst prolonged geopolitical tensions, energy market volatility, supply chain disruptions, slowing global growth and increasing trade fragmentation, the company was able to record a positive performance throughout 2025,” Anin said after the BNBR Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) in Jakarta, Friday, 12 June 2026.

He detailed that the company’s net revenue came from the PT Bakrie Metal Industries (BMI) Group amounting to Rp 2.2 trillion, the PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (VKTR) Group at Rp 1.08 trillion, and the PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure (BIIN) Group at Rp 464.19 billion.

Anin added that amid the current economic conditions, the company is optimistic about maintaining growth and stability in the face of global changes. The company’s adaptability and resilience to various changes and economic turmoil serve as capital for BNBR to ensure business sustainability.

“Going forward, we are focusing on developing the infrastructure line, both physical and digital. While continuing to develop sustainable industries in the electric vehicle and green energy sectors,” he said.

Meanwhile, Deputy President Director & Co-CEO A. Ardiansyah Bakrie stated that in the infrastructure line, the company, through PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (CCT), manages the Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road spanning 26.184 km with a concession period of 45 years until 2061. The toll road’s traffic volume reached an average of 40,888 vehicles per day, or 3.38 percent higher than the target set in the Company Work Plan and Budget (RKAP). CCT’s average revenue currently stands at Rp 2.3 billion per day, 4.87 percent higher than the RKAP target, and is projected to continue increasing along with traffic projections and planned tariff hikes in 2026.
