BMKG forecasts thick clouds to cover all of Jakarta on Thursday morning

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) forecasts that most of the Jakarta region will be covered in thick clouds on Thursday morning.

Based on the BMKG’s official Instagram page, @infobmkg, the thick cloud cover will affect all of Jakarta, including West Jakarta, East Jakarta, North Jakarta, South Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and the Thousand Islands.

The cloudy conditions are expected to persist until Thursday afternoon at 13:00 WIB across Jakarta.

On Thursday evening, around 16:00 WIB, the thick cloud cover will continue in most of the Jakarta region, except for East Jakarta, which is predicted to experience light rain.

As for Thursday night and early Friday morning, the weather in all of Jakarta will be covered in thick clouds.

The air temperature in Jakarta is expected to range from 24 to 30 degrees Celsius. The BMKG also stated that wind speeds will range from 7 to 33 kilometers per hour in the area.
