BMKG Forecasts Light Rain to Thunderstorms Across Several Regions on Wednesday

The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) forecasts that a number of regions in Indonesia have the potential to experience rain with light intensity to accompanied by lightning on Wednesday. Based on information uploaded via the BMKG Instagram account (@infobmkg), rain accompanied by lightning is forecast to occur in Pekanbaru City, Riau, and Tanjung Selor, North Kalimantan. Meanwhile, light intensity rain is forecast to fall in Banda Aceh, Medan, Padang, Jambi, Tanjung Pinang, Bengkulu, Bandar Lampung, Serang, Palangka Raya, Samarinda, Banjarmasin, Mamuju, Palu, Manokwari, Nabire, Jayapura, and Jayawijaya. In addition, hazy air conditions have the potential to occur in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, and Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara.
