Megawati flies home: Ending her 13-day Asian tour, President
Megawati Soekarnoputri flies home from Bombay, India, on Friday
morning, with a stopover in Singapore where she will have a
medical checkup. She is scheduled to arrive in Jakarta in the
afternoon. On Thursday, Megawati visited the high-tech city of

Behari Vajpayee has told Indonesian President Megawati
Soekarnoputri that a top-level business delegation will soon
visit Jakarta to explore investment opportunities, officials said
Thursday. An Indian foreign ministry statement said Vajpayee also
urged the need to strengthen bilateral cooperation in industry
sectors such as telecommunications, power and ports development.
