Blue Bird's apology

We would like to offer our apology for the inconvenience caused to Mr. Patrick Guntensperger in an accident on Aug. 4, 2005, which inflicted damage on his car.

Our company has taken necessary action against the taxi driver concerned and contacted Mr. Guntensperger to settle the case.

After some negotiation, we resolved the problem amicably on Aug. 22, 2005. We hope that our customers will contact us at 797- 1245 or customercare@bluebirdgroup.com if any such occurrence or complaint regarding our taxi service arises in the future.
