PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD) has officially approved a cash dividend distribution of Rp166 per share for the 2025 fiscal year. This decision was made during the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) in Jakarta. The dividend reflects a payout ratio of 65.3 percent of the net profit attributable to the parent entity, while the remaining profit will be recorded as retained earnings to strengthen the company’s capital structure and working capital.

This corporate action follows a solid financial performance in 2025, where the company recorded its highest revenue since its initial public offering (IPO). Blue Bird posted a net revenue of Rp5.7 trillion, a solid 13 percent increase compared to the previous year. In parallel, the company’s EBITDA rose 13 percent to Rp1.4 trillion.

President Director Adrianto Djokosoetono stated that the record achievement proves the company’s consistency in maintaining healthy performance while strengthening service quality and developing relevant mobility solutions. He noted that the focus on innovation, technology utilisation, and operational capacity expansion continues to drive long-term growth.

Revenue contribution from regular taxi services remained dominant, though the company is actively expanding its non-taxi business lines. The management has set the recording date for shareholders entitled to the dividend on 30 June 2026, with the simultaneous cash dividend payment to be executed on 10 July 2026.
