Blue Bird apologizes
In response to the letter sent by Haji Mokhtar Stork to The
Jakarta Post concerning Blue Bird taxi's service, the Blue Bird
Group management would like to apologize for the inconvenience he
had to experience.
After obtaining information from the Post, we tried to take
follow-up steps but we had difficulty identifying the culprit due
to the lack of complete data on the name of the relevant taxi
drivers and the taxi numbers concerned.
The drivers' identity and the taxi numbers are very important
because, at present, a fairly large number of taxis have about
the same color and symbol used by the Blue Bird Group and the
Pusaka Group. Meanwhile, some drivers have been questioned in
connection with the report.
