For most commuters in Jakarta Blok M bus terminal is not
unfamiliar. Buses from this terminal will take people to anywhere
in the city and also out of Jakarta.

But the problem lies with the thoughtless behavior of the
drivers who like to drop and pick up passengers outside the
terminal, instead at the bus stops inside the terminal.
The passengers who patiently wait for their bus in the terminal
have difficulty getting on the bus because the vehicle is already
crowded. Very often the crowded buses do not stop, and leave the
waiting passengers watching the bus leave in desperation.
