Blok M bus terminal

I change city buses at the Blok M terminal and often feel
annoyed at the disorder reigning in this well known area. The
Jakarta Administration often praises this terminal as the most
modern in the capital city. It is true that the other bus
terminals are chaotic but the one at Blok M is no less
disorganized.

Incoming and outgoing buses often disregard regulations
especially at the entrance of the terminal. Most of the time
terminal officials just look the other way. Only once in a while
do they reprimand the offenders. Would-be passengers also create
chaos at the entrance and at crossroads around the terminal
causing traffic congestion on neighboring streets.

If traffic police and the terminal officials would supervise
the proceedings, passengers would not be put at a disadvantage.
