BKSL Achieves 387 Per Cent Profit Growth in First Half of 2026

PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) recorded positive financial performance throughout the first half of 2026. The company reported revenue of Rp744 billion, a 54 per cent increase compared to Rp484 billion during the same period last year. In line with this revenue growth, BKSL’s net profit surged by 387 per cent to Rp88 billion, up from Rp18 billion in the first half of the previous year.

This solid performance was also reflected in the company’s profitability, with a gross profit margin of 53 per cent, an operating profit margin of 28 per cent, and a net profit margin of 12 per cent.

The company’s revenue growth was supported by the sale of ready-to-build land, houses, shop-houses, and apartments, which contributed Rp620 billion. Meanwhile, the hotel, restaurant, and theme park segment contributed Rp81 billion, while the township management segment contributed Rp43 billion. This performance was driven by an increase in unit handovers and high market confidence in the company.
