BKPM: Renewable Energy Investment Becomes Focus for Mitigating Global Risks

JAKARTA – The government is emphasising the development of new and renewable energy (EBT) as part of its strategy for mitigating risks and anticipating global dynamics.

This was conveyed by the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, during a press conference on the Government’s Policies in Mitigating Risks and Anticipating Global Dynamics, held virtually from Seoul, South Korea, on Tuesday (31/3/2026).

Rosan stated that despite major global challenges, the government continues to keep investment productivity and proactivity running, both in the short, medium, and long term.
