BKPM LKPM Clinic to Open July 2026, Assisting Businesses with Timely Reporting
For business actors holding a Business Identification Number (NIB), submitting the Investment Activity Report (LKPM) is a mandatory obligation recorded in the OSS system, and negligence can impact compliance status. Many business actors, especially those from micro and small scales, still face confusion regarding the correct filling procedure, which columns to complete, or what data to prepare. The Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM, through OSS Indonesia, is reopening the LKPM Clinic specifically for the reporting period of Quarter II and Semester I of 2026. This programme provides a direct consultation and mentoring space, offering real assistance from officers who can answer questions directly, rather than just written guidance. The clinic is scheduled to run for two full weeks, from 1 to 15 July 2026, between 09:00 and 12:00 WIB, with a quota of 100 participants per day. Participants are required to bring and use a laptop during the session. This clinic is relevant for NIB holders registered in the OSS system, especially those who have never submitted an LKPM, have experienced technical difficulties during the submission process, wish to verify their report data before submission, or have recently updated their business data. Registration is mandatory due to the strict daily quota. LKPM serves as an instrument for monitoring investment realisation managed by BKPM, with quarterly reporting for medium and large businesses and semesterly reporting for qualifying micro and small enterprises. Failure to report on time can affect a business’s compliance status in the OSS system, potentially disrupting future licensing or renewal processes.
