The Investment and Integrated One-Stop Licensing Service Agency (DPMPTSP) of West Bandung Regency (KBB) will soon follow up on the provisions for issuing Land Use Activity Compliance (KKPR) for micro business actors. According to Rustiyana, Secretary of DPMPTSP KBB, the regulation was issued by the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming, concurrently the Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), in Circular Letter (SE) No. 1.5 of 2026. She stated that this SE is a government step to provide ease of doing business while referring to the provisions of Article 545 of Government Regulation No. 28 of 2025 on Risk-Based Business Licensing Implementation. “This SE was issued because so far the implementation of KKPR issuance for micro businesses has not run effectively in the field, so a more facilitating regulation is needed,” said Rustiyana on Friday, 27 March 2026. According to her, micro business actors with annual income less than Rp2 billion are now no longer required to have Land Use Activity Compliance Approval (PKKPR) with an assessment process. “Applications can be resubmitted by selecting the basic requirements category for micro,” she added. “Business actors only need to use a self-declaration through the OSS system without going through layered procedures,” she explained. Rustiyana emphasised that this step is expected to accelerate the business legality process and increase UMKM productivity throughout the country, including in West Bandung Regency (KBB).
