BKN Says Civil Servants Can Achieve IDR 1 Billion Pension Through Early Planning

The National Civil Service Agency (BKN) has stated that Indonesian civil servants (ASN) can secure retirement funds of up to IDR 1 billion through disciplined long-term investment programmes. Head of BKN Zudan Arif Fakrulloh highlighted that this target is achievable by utilising financial planning instruments and protection schemes offered by entities such as PT Taspen Life. He emphasised that financial literacy and early preparation are crucial for ensuring financial independence and well-being after public service. The government is committed to supporting ASN welfare comprehensively, from the start of their careers through to their retirement years.
