BKN Confirms Civil Service School Selection to Begin in July 2026

The Head of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN), Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, has revealed that the government will soon open the announcement for civil service school selection in July 2026. Among the civil service schools that will open admissions are the Institute of Domestic Governance (IPDN), the State Finance Polytechnic (PKN) STAN, the statistics civil service school, and the intelligence school. “This month we are finalising the selection for civil service schools. Such as for IPDN, STAN, the statistics school, and intelligence. This month we will start the announcement, and the timeline will continue from there,” Zudan told reporters at the Ministry of Home Affairs in Central Jakarta on Monday, 13 July 2026. Zudan explained that preparations for the opening of the civil service school selection are still being finalised with the Minister for Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (MenPAN-RB). The official announcement will be made by the MenPAN-RB once the entire finalisation process is complete. “This is being finalised with the Minister, and she will make the announcement later. We are coordinating the rest so that we can implement it soon,” he said. Previously, PKN STAN under the Ministry of Finance and STMKG under BMKG had signalled the opening of civil service school admissions. PKN STAN conveyed this signal through a post uploaded on its official Instagram account @pknstan, hinting that PKN STAN will reopen new student registration. “Ready #KembaliKePKNSTAN?”, the post read. A similar message was conveyed by STMKG, the civil service school under BMKG. In its social media post, STMKG indicated that new cadet admissions (PTB) would open soon. However, STMKG urged prospective cadets to always wait for official information on the official Instagram page @stmkgofficial or the website https://stmkg.ac.id/. “We urge all #PejuangSTMKG to always be wise and verify the truth of information before sharing it with others. Do not be misinformed! All official information regarding the procedures, schedule, and requirements for STMKG PTB will only be announced through official channels,” STMKG stressed in its official Instagram post.
