BJB Bekasi Branch Records Positive Performance, West Java Regional Council Commission III Applauds
The performance of Bank BJB’s Bekasi Branch up to the third quarter of 2026 has received appreciation from Commission III of the West Java Provincial Regional Council (DPRD). This achievement is considered vital capital for Bank BJB to continue improving its performance while strengthening its contribution to regional development.
The appreciation was conveyed by Ahmad Faisyal, a member of Commission III of the West Java DPRD, following a working visit to the Bank BJB Bekasi City Branch on Wednesday (2/9/2026). The visit was part of an evaluation of the performance of Commission III’s working partners through the third quarter of 2026.
“We appreciate the performance achievements of the Bank BJB Bekasi Branch up to the third quarter of 20_6. The good results achieved must certainly be maintained and further increased in the following year,” said Ahmad.
According to him, this positive achievement should be accompanied by an increase in the quality of service to the community. Bank BJB is also encouraged to continue optimising various business potentials to provide even greater benefits to the public and the region.
Ahmad stated that strengthening Bank BJB’s performance is not only related to banking business aspects. As one of West Java’s strategic Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD), Bank BJB plays a crucial role in supporting economic growth and contributing to Regional Original Income (PAD).
“In the future, we hope Bank BJB’s performance will continuously improve, both in terms of service and business achievements. We also encourage various existing potentials to be optimised so that they provide greater benefits to the community and the region,” he said.
During the visit, Commission III of the West Java DPRD received a presentation regarding the performance developments of the Bank BJB Bekasi Branch. The presentation covered performance achievements up to the third quarter of 2026, as well as several challenges faced in conducting business activities and providing services to the community.
This working visit also serves as part of the West Java DPRD’s supervisory function over its working partners, particularly BUMDs that hold strategic positions in supporting the economy and development of West Java.
Commission III believes that the synergy between Bank BJB and the West Java Provincial Government needs to be continuously strengthened. Such synergy is deemed essential so that Bank BJB’s role as a BUMD can be increasingly optimal in supporting various regional development programmes.
Ahmad hopes that the achievements up to the third quarter of 2026 can serve as a stepping stone for Bank BJB to maintain its positive performance trend. On the other hand, improving service quality is also seen as a necessary focus to ensure banking services become more professional and capable of meeting community needs.
With the strengthening of performance, service, and synergy with the local government, Bank BJB is expected to continue providing a real contribution to the West Java economy while increasing the benefits of the BUMD’s existence for the community.
