Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR), a Bitcoin and Ethereum network company focused on long-term crypto accumulation, announced its total crypto, cash, and ‘moonshots’ holdings amount to $11.5 billion. As of 19 July 2026, the company’s crypto holdings included 5,777,468 ETH, valued at $1,879 per ETH, along with 207 Bitcoin. Bitmine’s ETH position represents 4.8% of the total 120.7 million ETH supply. The company also holds $385 million in cash and marketable securities, and $58 million in shares of Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS), classified as a ‘moonshot’ investment.

In the past week, Bitmine repurchased 5.5 million common shares at an average price of $15.6156, under a previously approved $4 billion share buyback programme. Chairman Thomas ‘Tom’ Lee stated the buyback is intended to enhance shareholder value. The company also acquired 7,430 ETH during the same period, continuing its weekly purchases since the launch of its ETH Treasury Strategy on 30 June 2025.

Bitmine has staked 4,917,189 ETH, worth $9.2 billion, through its institutional-grade staking platform, MAVAN (Made in America Validator Network). This represents 85% of its total ETH holdings. The staking operation currently generates an estimated $247 million in annual revenue, with a 7-day yield of 2.67%. Once fully scaled, annual staking rewards are projected to reach $290 million. The company’s ETH treasury is the largest in the world, and its overall crypto treasury ranks second globally behind Strategy Inc., which holds 843,775 BTC valued at approximately $55 billion.

Bitmine’s stock is among the most actively traded in the U.S., with a 5-day average daily dollar volume of $579 billion, ranking 187th among 5,704 listed U.S. equities. Management views the GENIUS Act and SEC actions as transformative for financial services, comparable to the U.S. decision in 1971 to end the Bretton Woods system and the gold standard.
