Bisnis-27 Index Closes Up 8.24%, AMRT, ANTM & INKP Shares Soar
The rally of blue-chip stocks pushed the Bisnis-27 index to close with an 8.24% surge in trading on Tuesday (9/6/2026). Shares of AMRT, ANTM, and INKP were recorded as the main drivers of the index’s strengthening.
According to data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the index, a collaboration between BEI and Harian Bisnis Indonesia, closed up 8.24% at 393.32. All 27 constituents of the index experienced share price increases.
The share price gains were led by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. (AMRT), which rose 14.23% to Rp1,365, followed by PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. (ANTM) up 13.83% to Rp2,880, PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk. (INKP) up 12.69% to Rp7,325, and PT Bumi Resources Tbk. (BUMI) up 12.31% to Rp146.
Additionally, share price increases were also experienced by PT Darma Henwa Tbk. (DEWA), which rose 12.00% to Rp280, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM) up 11.49% to Rp2,620, PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. (INCO) up 11.08% to Rp4,710, and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. (BMRI) up 10.24% to Rp4,090.
Furthermore, shares of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BBNI) also rose 8.64% to Rp3,270, PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. (BRMS) up 7.88% to Rp520, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BBRI) up 7.72% to Rp2,790, and PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk. (TAPG) up 7.14% to Rp1,350.
Head of Retail Research at BNI Sekuritas, Fanny Suherman, said that technically the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) has the potential to test the nearest resistance area. However, macro pressures still need to be monitored, especially if the rupiah’s weakening continues.
“The IHSG today has the potential to test resistance at the 5,500 level. However, if it fails to break through that boundary, there is still an opportunity for the index to continue its correction as long as the rupiah exchange rate continues to weaken,” Fanny said in a daily research note on Tuesday (9/6/2026).
BNI Sekuritas estimates the IHSG support area is in the range of 5,000-5,150, while the resistance area is in the range of 5,400-5,500.
