Biological Mother of Boy Allegedly Killed by Abuse in Sukabumi Reports Ex-Husband to Police

A new chapter has emerged in the tragic death of NS (13), known as Nizam, in Jampangkulon. Lisnawati, the deceased’s biological mother, has officially reported her ex-husband, AS, to Sukabumi Police Station. AS has been reported on suspicion of negligence and child neglect.

Lisnawati’s party filed the report on Monday (23/2/2026). The report was received by police under reference number STTPL/B/106/II/2026/SPKT/POLRES SUKABUMI/JAWA BARAT.

Krisna Murti, Lisnawati’s legal representative, stated that the report was based on allegations that the father failed to intervene as the victim’s health declined before his death.

“Our client is a mother who has lost her child. This means she is reporting as a victim who has lost her child. There is reasonable suspicion of negligence and neglect here, and our client has authorised us to report AS,” said Krisna Murti, as quoted by detikJabar.

When asked about AS’s relationship to the victim, Krisna confirmed that he is the biological father.

“AS is the father of the late Nizam,” he added.
