Entering its 47th year, PT Jaya Real Property Tbk. (JRP), a subsidiary of PT Pembangunan Jaya, continues to strengthen its commitment to providing premium residential and commercial areas through the development of Bintaro Jaya. For over four decades, Bintaro Jaya has evolved into a self-contained city equipped with modern facilities, including shopping centres, education, healthcare, and sports, all supported by integrated infrastructure and improved accessibility.
To commemorate its 47th anniversary, PT Jaya Real Property Tbk. organised the ‘Bintaro Jaya: Run for Education’ on Sunday, 7 June 2026, at the New Jogging Track, Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall. This year’s celebration adopted the theme ‘Bintaro Jaya EcoCity’, reflecting a commitment to encouraging residents to collectively create and maintain a healthy, environmentally friendly, and sustainable environment.
“47 years is a long and meaningful journey. For nearly five decades, Bintarr Jaya has continued to grow, not only as a residential area and economic hub but also as a living space that prioritises quality, comfort, and sustainability,” said Tina Santosa Hadisumarto, Director of PT Jaya Real Property Tbk. The development is supported by superior facilities and easy access, including direct links to the Pondok Ranji and Parigi Toll roads, enhancing mobility.
Public transport integration has also been strengthened through the Royal Trans and Intrans Bintaro services, alongside the revitalisation of Pondok Ranji and Jurangmangu Stations, which are now connected to Plaza Bintaro Jaya and Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall via an underground tunnel. Furthermore, recreational facilities such as BXSea Oceanarium, BX Rink, and Aviary Park establish Bintaro Jaya as a ‘one-stop living’ destination.
The Mayor of South Tangerang, Benyamin Davnie, expressed appreciation for PT Jaya Real Property Tbk.’s contribution to regional growth, noting that Bintaro Jaya played a key role in boosting South Tangerang’s post-pandemic economic growth to 5%. He stated that the area’s contribution stems from significant investment from both the government and private sectors.
As part of its efforts to improve quality of life, the company also held the 2026 Bintaro Jaya K3 Competition (Cleanliness, Sustainability, and Health) to encourage residents to engage in environmental initiatives, such as independent waste management and organic product creation. Additionally, the ‘Bintaro Jaya 10K: Run for Education’ charity run successfully raised a total of Rp245,802,125, which will be distributed to educational foundations in need through the Jaya Education Foundation.
