Property developer Alta Citra Bintaro officially introduced its Marketing Gallery through a soft opening titled ‘The First Bloom’ on Sunday (2/8). This launch marks the initial marketing step for a premium residential area in Bintaro, which is considered to have promising investment prospects due to the developing infrastructure and business districts in the region.

Claudia Amanda, Operational Director of PT Indo Tama Nusantara, stated that the Alta Citra Bintaro project is built on approximately two hectares of land on Jalan Aria Putra, South Tangerang. The area comprises 140ad141 residential units and 41 commercial units.

“Alta Citra is developed with 141 house units and 41 commercial units. The residences consist of three types, namely 5x10, 6x10, and 7x10, featuring a classic European architectural concept that emphasises symmetrical facades, decorative elements, and functional layouts,” said Claudia.

She explained that house prices start from Rp1.2 billion, while shop-houses (ruko) are offered starting from Rp3 billion. The commercial area is designed with an ‘Iconic European Classic’ three-storey concept, which is expected to become a new hub of activity in the area.

DIRECT ACCESS TO TOLL ROADS

According to Claudia, Bintaro was selected because it offers direct access to the Jakarta-Serpong Toll Road, the JORR Toll Road, and the KRL Commuter Line network via Jurangmangu, Pondok Ranji, and Sudimara stations. The area is also supported by educational facilities, healthcare, shopping centres, and office districts.

“Through the inauguration of this Marketing Gallery, we hope the public will become more acquainted with Alta Citra Bintaro as a high-quality residential area that prioritises a modern lifestyle,” she said. She added that the company aims to provide a residential area that offers not just a place to live, but a comfortable living experience.

In conjunction with the Marketing Gallery launch, Alta Citra Bintaro organised several interactive activities for the community, including children’s colouring competitions, flower arrangement workshops, perfume workshops, a children’s play area, and poundfit sessions.

Regarding financing, the project’s marketing is supported by Bank BNI, BTN, and Bank Nobu. The developer also stated that collaborations will be expanded to include Bank Mandiri and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).

GOOD PROSPECTS

Tri Wahyuni, Branch Manager of BNI BSD, assessed that the project has good prospects as it offers exclusive housing with a limited number of units in a strategic location.

“In addition to clear land and permits, we also see that the developer has a good track record. Therefore, we are offering mortgage (KPR) promotions with interest rates starting at 1% in the first year, 2% in the second year, up to 5% in the fifth year, as well as being free from provision and administration fees,” said Tri.

The developer is optimistic that the presence of the Marketing Gallery will strengthen Alta Citra Bintaro’s position in the premium residential segment. The continuous development of infrastructure, the availability of urban facilities, and the high demand for housing in Jakarta’s satellite areas are believed to be factors driving the property market growth in Bintaro.
