Stage 1: Account Registration & Application Submission

• Open a browser via smartphone or computer, then access the official site https://idebku.ojk.go.id.

• On the main page, click the ‘Registration’ button.

• Select ‘Check Service Availability’ and fill in the initial data requested:

  • Type of Debtor (Individual or Business Entity)

  • Citizenship (WNI or WNA)

  • Type of Identity (KTP or Passport)

  • Identity document number.

• Enter the Captcha security code, then click ‘Next’. (Note: If a notification appears stating the queue quota is full, it means the daily limit of applicants has been reached. You are advised to try again during off-peak hours such as early morning or late evening, as the quota is refreshed daily).

• If the quota is available, proceed to fill in complete personal data, including full name as per KTP, gender, place and date of birth, residential address, province, district/city, mobile phone number, and active email address.
