Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The public can now independently check loan status, payment history, and creditworthiness via the official online service.

The service previously known as BI Checking has been replaced by the Financial Information Services System (SLIK), managed by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Access to this check is freely available to all citizens through the official iDebku portal at https://idebku.ojk.go.id. The platform is directly connected to OJK’s central and regional offices, ensuring accurate, centralised, and legally valid data.

Indonesian citizens can view all registered debts under their name, including those from commercial banks, financing companies, and fintech lending services.

What Information is Available in SLIK?

The report includes a detailed breakdown of all credit facilities previously or currently held, such as:

  • Working capital loans

  • Housing loans (KPR) or apartment loans

  • Investment loans

  • Unsecured loans (KTA)

  • Credit cards

  • Secured loans (gold, deposits, or other assets)

  • Payment history and status (smooth, less smooth, doubtful, to default)

This information is crucial as it serves as the primary reference for banks and financial institutions when processing new loan applications, credit card requests, insurance procedures, or business capital.
