Maxim, as a leading online transportation service provider in Indonesia, has officially distributed Hari Raya Bonuses (BHR) to numerous driver partners in more than 100 cities across Indonesia. This distribution of BHR serves as the company’s appreciation for the contributions and dedication of its partners in supporting app-based transportation services.

The BHR is given to driver partners who have met the criteria evaluated based on productivity, service quality, and compliance with company regulations. This approach is carried out individually, considering each driver’s performance and activity level, ensuring the distribution process is objective and targeted.

One Maxim driver partner recipient in Jakarta, Dwi Susanti, expressed that the BHR she received was an unexpected blessing. The female driver, who has six children, admitted she was shocked and grateful after receiving the bonus for this year’s Idul Fitri.

“I didn’t expect to be one of the drivers receiving BHR this year. I’m very grateful that my hard work taking orders from morning until night has been appreciated by Maxim. The bonus I received will be used for my family and to pay my motorbike tax,” said Dwi.

Meanwhile, Eko Hery Purwanto, a Maxim driver partner in Kediri, East Java, shared his interesting story after receiving the BHR. The driver, who has been a Maxim partner for two years, revealed that all the THR he received has been given to his wife.

“I was shocked to suddenly get an additional balance in my driver account, and I only found out from fellow drivers that it was the BHR from Maxim. I feel happy and extremely grateful for this blessing; I’ve given all the money to my wife because for three years I haven’t given her a holiday allowance,” said Eko.

Meanwhile, Dadang Suherman, a 53-year-old Maxim driver in Pandeglang, Banten, also shared his joy after receiving the BHR and using the bonus money to buy various Lebaran necessities.

“Besides being a source of income and having flexible working hours, the reason I joined as a Maxim driver partner is that I can discover many new places. Therefore, receiving this BHR certainly makes me happier because it can fulfil my and my family’s needs for Idul Fitri,” said Dadang.

In Bontang, East Kalimantan, driver partner Ardiman, who has been a Maxim driver for three years, stated that he is using this year’s BHR to pay for his child’s tuition and setting aside some for zakat.

“After retiring, I decided to join as a Maxim driver because I enjoy helping people by taking them to their destinations. I’m very grateful to receive the BHR this year, which I can use to pay zakat and help cover my child’s semester fees while studying,” said Ardiman.

From eastern Indonesia, Maxim driver partner Manto Titirloloby in Ambon, Maluku, also shared his response that the BHR will be used to support his work as an online driver.

“I’m very happy; this is the first time I’ve received BHR, and I’ll use it as driver balance to take orders,” said Manto.

Dirhamsyah, Director of Development at Maxim Indonesia, stated that this year Maxim is distributing BHR to more than 50,000 driver partners spread across various cities in Indonesia. The BHR distribution mechanism will be credited to the driver partners’ account balances in the Taxsee Driver app, which can be withdrawn.

“We are delighted to provide this form of appreciation to driver partners who have contributed optimally with Maxim. We hope this Hari Raya Bonus brings benefits and adds to the happiness of the recipients in welcoming the holiday,” he said.

The distribution of BHR to Maxim driver partners is carried out in accordance with applicable provisions. Driver partners not listed as recipients generally have not yet met the established criteria, such as insufficient partnership duration or activity levels that do not meet the programme requirements.
