The changes that have occurred are not merely cosmetic or superficial, but rather paradigmatic and comprehensive, touching the roots of the institution’s culture, work mechanisms, and service orientation towards the Indonesian people,” Ali Ramadhan stated on Friday, 3 July 2026. Ali Ramadhan asserted that the core of Polri’s successful transformation lies in the flagship programme championed by National Police Chief Listyo Sigit Prabowo, namely PRESISI, a paradigmatic breakthrough that serves as the philosophical and operational foundation for the entire institution’s activities. PRESISI, he explained, is an acronym that reflects Polri’s commitment to professionalism, modernity, transparency, and service oriented towards the broader public interest. According to Ali Ramadhan, this paradigmatic breakthrough through PRESISI is not merely a slogan or an ordinary work programme.
