BGN Head: Electric Motorcycles for SPPG Head Produced in Citeureup
JAKARTA - The Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), Dadan Hindayana, stated that all units of electric motorcycles for the operational needs of the SPPG Head are the result of domestic production.
“All units of motorcycles produced are the result of domestic efforts with a domestic component level (TKDN) reaching 48.5 percent,” said Dadan in a press statement on Thursday (9/4/2026).
“This is part of our efforts not only to support programme operations but also to encourage the national industry through the use of domestic products with significant TKDN,” Dadan added.
“In total, the realisation of the electric motorcycle procurement reached 21,801 units from the initial plan of 25,644 units. Information claiming the number reached 70,000 units is untrue,” he emphasised.
Although included in the 2025 budget, the realisation of the electric motorcycle procurement occurred administratively and financially in 2026.
“At the end of 2025, the Commitment Making Official (PPK) had submitted the SPM, so the budget entered the RPATA or End-of-Year Budget Holding Account,” said Dadan.
This mechanism complies with PMK 84 of 2025, where payments are made in two stages: term 1 upon completion of 60 percent of the units and term 2 for completion up to 100 percent of the units.
Until the end of the opportunity period on 20 March 2026, the provider was only able to complete 85.01 percent or 21,801 units out of the 25,644 units contracted.
