BFIN Executive Increases Share Ownership for Investment - BCA Sekuritas

IQPlus, 22 May 2026 - One of the directors of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN), Sutadi, has again increased his shareholding in the company for personal investment. According to an official shareholding report, the purchase was carried out on 21 May 2026.

Sutadi bought 1,000,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of Rp700.00 per share. The total value of the transaction amounted to Rp700 million.

‘The Principal and Agent shall be fully responsible for all legal consequences arising and guarantee the accuracy of all data, information, statements and/or documents reported,’ the written statement in the report read, dated Friday 22 May 2026.

Through this transaction, Sutadi’s shareholding in PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk has increased. Before the transaction, Sutadi held 21,000,000 shares, equivalent to 0.14% voting rights. After the purchase, his total shares stand at 22,000,000 shares, raising his voting rights to 0.15%.
