Tangerang Selatan, Banten — BFI Finance, a financing company, has approved a total dividend for the 2025 financial year of Rp1 trillion from a net profit of Rp1.58 trillion. “The total dividend equals 65.51 percent of the net profit for 2025,” said President Director Sutadi after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) & Extraordinary General Meeting (LB) for the 2025 financial year held in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, on Wednesday. He noted that the total dividend allocated is Rp70.00 per share, comprising an interim cash dividend of Rp35.00 per share already paid on 18 December 2025, and a final cash dividend of Rp35.00 per share to be distributed to shareholders on 18 June 2026. By March 2026, the company recorded total assets of Rp25.3 trillion, supported by managed financing receivables of Rp26.8 trillion. Of that amount, Rp15.5 trillion, or 57.8 percent, was disbursed for working capital financing across a range of business scales. In the first quarter of 2026, the company extended new financing of Rp5.5 trillion, a level considered relatively stable compared with the previous quarter. In terms of portfolio composition, financing for four-wheeled vehicles, including refinancing and unit purchases, continued to dominate at 68.1 percent. Financing for two-wheeled vehicles contributed 8 percent, heavy equipment and machinery 15 percent, and property-backed financing and others 8.9 percent. As of 31 March 2026, the gross Non-Performing Financing (NPF) ratio and net NPF stood at 1.57 percent and 0.25 percent, respectively, lower than the industry average in February 2026 of 2.78 percent.
