Beware! IDX Closely Monitors These 4 Stocks Due to Unusual Movements
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has designated unusual market activity (UMA), or stock movements outside the norm, for four stocks simultaneously starting from the first trading session on Tuesday (12/5/2026). Among them is the stock of tycoon Prajogo Pangestu, PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk. (BREN), which has experienced an unusual price drop. Citing Stockbit data, the stock has plunged 60.93% to 3,790 per share. In addition, the IDX has tagged UMA for PT Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk. (DFAM), PT Hetzer Medical Indonesia Tbk. (MEDS), and PT Ekamas Mora Republik Tbk. (MORA), which have seen unusual price increases. DFAM rose 32.08% to a price of 140 per share in the past week. Meanwhile, MEDS surged 68.29% to 138 per share in the past week. Then, MORA, which recently completed a merger with MyRepublic Indonesia, soared 103.70% to 9,900 per share in the past week. In connection with the UMA on these stocks, the IDX stated that it is currently observing the development of transaction patterns for all of them. “The UMA announcement does not necessarily indicate any violation of capital market regulations,” the Exchange said in its statement, quoted on Tuesday (12/5/2026). Monitor the performance of the listed companies and their information disclosures; c.
