Benny Anwar Resigns from TAYS Board of Directors

Jakarta - PT Jaya Swarasa Agung Tbk. (TAYS) has announced the resignation of one of its board members. Through an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), management stated that Benny Anwar has stepped down from his position as director of TAYS for personal reasons.

Management said it received the resignation letter on 31 July 2026.

“We hereby inform you that we, PT Jaya Swarasa Agung Tbk. (the ‘Company’), have received a letter of resignation from Mr Benny Anwar as Director of the Company,” management wrote, as quoted on Tuesday (18/8/2026).

However, Benny Anwar’s resignation from the Company’s management will only become effective once it is approved at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), the timing of which will be announced at a later date.

This is in accordance with Article 11 paragraph 7 of the Company’s Articles of Association and Article 8 paragraph (3) of OJK Regulation No. 33/2014.

“The resignation request will be decided at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders, the timing of which we will announce further,” the statement concluded.
