The management of industrial estate company PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk is targeting land sales of Rp600 billion in 2026, focusing on potential sectors such as warehousing and logistics, consumer goods, food and beverage (F&B), and data centres. “The company is continuing the development of the BeFa MM2100 industrial area, including a data centre cluster to meet the needs of high-tech industries,” said Media Relations representative Rika Mandasari in a confirmed statement in Jakarta on Thursday.

She stated that throughout 2025, the company recorded land sales, or marketing sales, of 15 hectares with a value reaching Rp422 billion. “The company posted revenue of Rp427 billion, which was mainly supported by land sales of Rp220 billion, with the remainder coming from recurring income such as maintenance fees, service charges, water, and rent totalling Rp207 billion. The company’s net profit in 2025 reached Rp30 billion,” Rika said.

This move is part of the company’s efforts to strengthen the development of the MM2100 industrial area in Bekasi amidst the rising demand for modern and high-tech industries. The target was announced after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for the 2025 financial year approved and ratified the company’s annual report for the year ending 31 December 2025, including the audited financial statements and the supervisory report of the Board of Commissioners.

One of the key decisions at the AGM was the absence of a dividend distribution for the 2025 financial year. This policy was taken to strengthen the company’s working capital while supporting future business development plans. According to her, the company’s performance also showed improvement in the first quarter of 2026. The company recorded revenue of Rp90 billion, doubling compared to the same period the previous year of Rp45 billion.

“This growth was driven by an increase in recurring income from Rp45 billion to Rp54 billion, as well as the beginning of contributions from land sales,” she said. In terms of profitability, the company managed to reverse its financial condition from a net loss of Rp33 billion in the first quarter of 2025 to a net profit of Rp9 billion in the first quarter of 2026. The net profit margin also improved significantly from minus 73 percent to a positive 10 percent.

To achieve the marketing sales target of Rp600 billion this year, the company is maintaining stable growth in recurring income. In addition to strengthening the industrial estate segment, the company is also developing the commercial sector through the BeFa Industrial Hub. This development is expected to become a new source of income while optimising the utilisation of available land.

According to data from the Ministry of Industry, by 2025 there were 176 industrial estates in Indonesia with a total area of 98,291.68 hectares. These estates accommodate around 11,970 industrial tenants with a realised investment value reaching Rp6,744.58 trillion and employing 2.35 million people. The growth of industrial estates, which reached 49.15 percent over the past five years, has also increased the need for reliable and sustainable water and waste management systems.
