PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) reported that 15 companies are currently preparing to conduct initial public offerings (IPOs). BEI’s Director of Valuation, I Gede Nyoman Yetna, said the IPO pipeline comes from a range of sectors, with the majority from the cyclical consumer and infrastructure sectors. However, based on the potential funds to be raised, Nyoman noted there is one entertainment sector company with a large issue size. The company is said to operate in the zoo business.

‘Not a production house, but something that can be enjoyed and educates children. The zoo is relatively tangible and enjoyable,’ Nyoman said when asked at the BEI building on Tuesday, 19 May 2026.

As of May 2026, only one company had officially listed on Indonesia’s stock market. The company was PT BSA Logistics Indonesia Tbk (WBSA), which priced its IPO on 10 April 2026. So far, there have been no additional new issuers entering the Indonesian capital market since WBSA’s listing.
