Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) has decided to “kick out” or delist several issuers. In its announcement, BEI released the names of 18 publicly listed companies that meet the delisting criteria.

The delisting criteria refer to the Exchange Announcement regarding Temporary Suspension, Exchange Announcement number Peng-00003/BEI.PLP/12-2025 dated 30 December 2025 on Potential Delisting of Listed Companies; and based on the Exchange Regulation Number I-N on Cancellation of Listing (Delisting) and Relisting of Shares on the Exchange. Consequently, these 18 issuers will officially depart from BEI on 10 November.

“In connection with the fulfilment of one of the conditions as stipulated in Exchange Regulation Number I-N, the Exchange decides on the Deletion of Securities Listing (Delisting) for the Listed Company effective 10 November 2026,” BEI stated in its announcement, quoted Saturday (11/4/2026).

Furthermore, in accordance with Exchange Regulation No. I-N, the Exchange urges the Listed Company to carry out a share buyback. BEI emphasises that Listed Companies decided for delisting still have obligations as Listed Companies until the effective delisting as determined by the Exchange.

“The approval for the deletion of the Company’s Securities Listing does not eliminate the obligations that have not been fulfilled by the Company to the Exchange,” the exchange added.

BEI sets 10 May 2026 as the deadline for submitting Buyback Information Disclosure and the start of the buyback implementation by the Company. Meanwhile, the buyback implementation period for the delisted issuers is set from 11 May to 9 November 2026.
