Before PSI Cadres, Rusdi Masse Emphasises This Important Matter

Lampung, VIVA - The Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) held a Regional Coordination Meeting (Rakorwil) in Lampung as part of efforts to strengthen the party’s structure ahead of the upcoming elections.

The event was attended by PSI General Chairman Kaesang Pangarep along with DPP elites, including Rusdi Masse. During the agenda, Kaesang officially inaugurated the Lampung Regional Leadership Council (DPW) of PSI. He asked cadres in the region to strengthen organisational work and build political communication with various parties.

“I entrust PSI Lampung to all of you. We must work together to bring PSI to victory in this region,” said Kaesang, quoted on Monday, 20 April 2026.

He also assessed that Lampung has potential as a party development area, thus requiring ongoing consolidation.

“Collaboration with other parties is important. Lampung is a potential region for us to make into a base,” he said.

Before the inauguration, Rusdi Masse (RMS) provided guidance to PSI cadres throughout Lampung. In his direction, he emphasised the importance of hard work, discipline, and strengthening the membership base through the party’s administrative system.

“We must first become good people. From there, trust will come, and our politics will have direction,” he said.

In addition, the DPP PSI team also conducted verification of management at the district/city and sub-district levels to ensure organisational readiness in the regions.

“Utilise the SIAP referral application. From there, we can see the progress of e-KTA, and that becomes a real measure of our strength,” said Rusdi.

Lampung DPW PSI Chairman Achmad Ridho Julian stated that his side is targeting the strengthening of the party structure down to the village and polling station (TPS) levels.

“In this Rakorwil, we prove that Lampung is the elephant’s lair,” said Ridho.

According to him, the Rakorwil becomes the initial step to move the party’s engine comprehensively in Lampung.

“The PSI Lampung leadership believes that this Rakorwil will be the starting point for the overall movement of the party structure in Lampung,” he added.
