As previously reported, the Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) named the former Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), Dadan Hindayana, and two of his deputies, Letjen TNI (Purn) Lodwyk Pusung and Irjen Pol (Purn) Sony Sanjaya, as suspects in a corruption case involving the buying and selling of service points for the National Nutrition Fulfillment Program (SPPG), on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
This designation marks the culmination of a series of investigations that were previously followed by searches at the BGN office, Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta.
The case involving the names of former high-ranking BGN officials surfaced after investigators from the Kejagung conducted searches since morning at the agency’s office. From that location, investigators are believed to have obtained several findings that indicate the practice of buying and selling SPPG points in the national nutrition program.
