Before-and-after portrait of the drug-trafficking fugitive Pak Cik, allegedly underwent plastic surgery

Based on a sketch photograph received by the journalist, Pak Cik’s appearance appears different before and after undergoing plastic surgery. From the sketch, the ‘new’ Pak Cik’s facial lines are smoother, while his previous face is more defined. The ‘new’ Pak Cik also has a mustache and beard that are not too thick. Another striking difference is in the nose; Pak Cik’s nose after the plastic surgery is more prominent. The sketch was produced by Bareskrim Polri’s Pusident with the aid of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The facial sketch was based on information from The Doctor who last met in 2024. Director of Narcotics Investigation at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, said that Pak Cik is also suspected of having changed nationality. ‘Based on the statement of Andre The Doctor, Lukmanul Hakim alias Hendra alias Pak Cik alias Pak Haji is known to reside in Malaysia and is suspected of having changed nationality to a citizen of Saint Kitts and Nevis,’ Brig. Gen. Eko Hadi explained in a statement on Wednesday (20 May 2026). Lukmanul Hakim alias Hendra alias Pak Cik alias Pak Haji is an Indonesian citizen from Aceh who is strongly suspected to be an international narcotics trafficker. He is affiliated with the network of Andre alias The Doctor. Based on The Doctor’s statement, previously he is said to have sent 5 kilograms of methamphetamine to Erwin Iskandar alias Koh Erwin, a drug dealer from Bima, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). Also according to The Doctor, the meth was obtained from Pak Cik. ‘Based on the statement of Andre Fernando alias The Doctor, Lukmanul Hakim alias Hendra alias Pak Haji is this DPO of BNN RI in relation to money-laundering crimes in narcotics,’ he said. Investigators at Bareskrim also analysed several accounts of the drug network linked to Hendra. The analysis showed total transactions from four accounts under the custody of Hendra Lukmanul Hakim from 28 December 2018 to 31 March 2026 amounted to 14,961 transactions with a value of Rp 464,144,761,398.46. Bareskrim Submits Red Notice Brig. Gen. Eko Hadi Santoso said Pak Cik is an Indonesian citizen from Aceh who is currently detected in Malaysia. Bareskrim Polri through the International Relations Division (Divhubinter) is currently seeking to issue a red notice against Pak Cik. ‘We have already requested the red notice from Interpol via Divhubinter Polri because the person concerned is detected in Malaysia,’ said Eko Hadi. With the issuance of Interpol Red Notice, it is hoped that the pursuit of Pak Cik will be carried out to the maximum. On the other hand, Polri also requests assistance from the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) for pursuit through the police-to-police cooperation mechanism. ‘We also sent a letter requesting police-to-police assistance to PDRM Malaysia regarding the DPO Lukmanul Hakim alias Hendra alias Pak Haji alias Pak Cik,’ he added.
