Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — The Ministry of Health (MoH) has urged the public to be vigilant against illegal beauty clinics and medical malpractice cases that fail to meet medical standards and can cause fatalities. Additionally, the MoH has tightened regulations on beauty clinics through Minister of Health Regulation No. 5/2026, which overhauls the management, production, distribution, and oversight of medicines, medical devices, and cosmetics.
