BDNI sets $71m loan
HONG KONG (Reuter): A US$71 million term loan facility for PT Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia, acting through its Cayman Islands branch, has been launched, arranger DKB Merchant Bank Singapore said yesterday.
The facility has a tenor of six years with a put option in year three. It pays a margin of 75 basis points over the London Interbank Offered Rate.
Fees are 52.5 basis points for co-lead managers committing US$6 million or more, 45 basis points for senior managers committing US$4 million to US$5 million and 37.5 basis points for managers committing US$2 million to US$3 million.
Bayerische Vereinsbank Singapore, BNP Singapore, DKB Merchant Bank Singapore and Commerzbank Singapore are arrangers.
Four other banks have joined the facility as co-arrangers. They are Fuji Bank Singapore, LTCB Merchant Bank Singapore, NatWest Markets and United Overseas Bank.
Replies are due in the middle of next week.
