Prof. D. Ghosh Roy MSc, CAIIB, DBM, CAIB, a professional
banker with more than 28 years and 500 workshops of experience,
will conduct a three-day workshop in Jakarta from Aug. 13 through
Sept. 2 on "Delivering Competitive Quality Service in Banks" for
branch managers, customer relationship managers and quality
management teams.

The three-day course will focus on the concept of service
